Today I was bit confused and afraid, reason - one of my Director noticed that my todays quotation was little different then usual,he kept it on his desk, looking with lots of interest ( It seemed that I had done some huge change) after the silent of few minutes he finally spoke.his frowzy eyes made him look more serious. It scared me, but impact was completely opposite, he appreciated the new changes in quotation and said its good and we must try some good and new things,no matter if mistakes gonna arrive.we are inviting them. because they give birth to innovation, and innovative ideas can be only implemented when we mix and try.
This forced me to write on talking about the power of making mistakes! We all strive to be perfect, but thankfully its not real and in fact making a mistake helps you learn and become more humble. Its like 2D and 3D , its not until you have used 2D design that you realise that 3D can help so much. Furthermore any 3D is great to help you realise that if you DIDN'T happen to choose SOLIDWORKS - that's a great problem to have and you will quickly appreciate a 3D to 3D change to the SOLIDWORKS family will be a smart way to move forward. having a design update problem or a design fail 3rd part simulations are also great mistakes to help understand that parametric design and simulation can save you DAYS of re-work and cost in your products"
